Standard operations include:

 

  • Building components up to ø360x365mm in size
  • Ti6Al4V properties as per ASTM F2924 with or without Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) heat treatment
  • Support removal
  • Basic post-processing including finishing, drilling, and tapping where specified.
  • Ultrasonic cleaning
  • Full traceability – See traceability options below

 

Optional operations:

 

  • Tumble Finishing – can be excluded for bonding applications

  • 3D printed threads

  • Application optimised Ti6Al4V properties – See Process validation options below

  • Printing lattice structures

  • Residual powder removal for medical devices

  • Certificate of Conformance
